It overlooks the lake set in the 23-acre Pavilion Gardens in the centre of Buxton. It is a non smoking establishment and has its own private car park.

The Roseleigh is pleasantly situated on a quiet pedestrian walk. Within a five minute walk is Buxton Opera House which hosts the annual Buxton Opera Festival and the Gilbert and Sullivan Festival.

Bedrooms - our bedrooms are well furnished and decorated in a clean and comfortable style sympathetic to the Victorian era of the building. All double and twin rooms are en-suite. All rooms have tea and coffee making facilities and colour television.

Facilities - for relaxation in the evening there is a comfortable lounge with views over the lake where guests can read or plan their next day's itinerary. The lounge has a large collection of travel guides, maps, history and lifestyle books available to peruse.
